About this Cook
I'm a wife and stay at home mommy of three. I love to cook and so does my husband. He's more gormet I'm more comfort food and family tradition foods. I love to grill and experiment with different flavors but I cant bake worth a lick! But I'm learning and trying....
My favorite things to cook
I love to make my famous stuffed artichokes and I LOVE making breakfast!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I'm mostly Italian so spaghetti is a family tradition. I love to re-create Grandma Clara's stuffed artichokes and chicken soups. And my mom and Grandma Vivian's salsa is a hit where ever I bring it.
My cooking triumphs
My very first Thanksgiving alone was in Novemeber of 2006 and it went perfectly! I love holiday cooking!!!
My cooking tragedies
It's always a tradgedy when I bake cookies. :o) I can surely decorate them but the baking process is scary!

Very yummy! Added powdered garlic and some scallions for a little more flavor.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Needs a little more flour for cookies to be nice and thick. Otherwise they are runny and crispy around the edges.
