Fresh Salsa

turned out really good, i was thinking it wouldnt be very good because my tomatoes seemed really out of season but it turned out really good. good taste but a whole jalepeno was a bit much, would cutting it in smaller pieces make it less spicy? loved it and so did my wife and friends

Authentic Huevos Rancheros

i love the mexican and me AND my wife loved it. oh yeah. good stuff. i love to put eggs on anything and this was a nice change from the huevos rancheros that i normally make. supurb
