This was very good! It's easy to substitute whatever veggies your family likes. I left out the mushrooms and added baby corn and bean sprouts. Served with chow mein noodles.

White Chili with Chicken

Easy, healthy, but best of all...my kids ate it (and they never touch anything with beans)! I substituted cilantro for the parsley and only drained half the beans per other reviews. If I were to make this for just adults, I would definitely spice it up a lot. But for families, this is nice and mild.

Sauteed Swiss Chard with Parmesan Cheese

This is a great recipe! We never ate swiss chard before and my daughter and I loved this. My husband and other two daughters didn't care for chard but it had nothing to do with the way it was prepared. It was fun trying something new!

Topless Blueberry Pie

Fabulous! I used fresh blueberries and brought the pie to a family bbq. It was a huge hit and everyone wanted the recipe. The only change I made was per another reviewer: I used 1/4 cup lemon juice and 3/4 cup water. You MUST try this!!!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

This was so easy and so delicious! I only had one cup of burgundy wine so I used it plus one cup of beef broth. Next time I'll be sure to have the full amount of wine and I'll add mushrooms as other reviewers suggested. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Mild Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Easy recipe that the whole family enjoyed! The kids liked that it wasn't spicy. Next time I'll experiment with less cheese (to please the kids) and adding enchilada sauce as some reviewers suggested.

Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cake I

Great snack cake! I read the reviews first and used a 12x8 pan because I was afraid it wouldn't be done in the middle. I also mixed 1/2 cup choc chips in with the batter and sprinkled the remaining 1/2 cup on top so they wouldn't sink to the bottom. It came out a little thin (due to the larger pan) so I think I'll try the 9inch pan next time.
