Quick Yeast Rolls
These were delicious. Next time I'll double the recipe. And I think the dough could work as spoon biscuits too.

Brigid's Blackberry Pie
I really liked it-my husband didn't like all the seeds. I think next time I might put the berries through a food mill & then use the filling in a tart.

Pecan Pie V
SOOO GOOD! I made this, my first pecan pie and first pie ever, for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it! One taster said it was the best pecan pie she'd ever had & she loved that it wasn't all syrupy & oozey like the ones with corn syrup tend to be. I got lots of requests to share the recipe. This one's a keeper!
