I'm a 20- something who is beginning to love cooking even more than I used to, and am finding that as I get older, I'm more eager to branch out & try cooking new & more exciting things. My specialties are my Taco Casserole, fried chicken, fish (cooked all ways), and all types of cheesecakes. I can't get enough Egg Nog or Pumpkin Pie at Christmas time! Oh- and my mom's chocolate peanut butter thumbprint cookies are the best around the holidays! I'm all about quicky, easy recipes, and proud of it- I get great reviews! No real tragedies as of yet- I try to stick to simple, low- hassle recipes, but I'm sure my day of tragedy will come :)
