French Breakfast Muffins
I don't know what it was but these just weren't very good. It may have been because I used soy milk and whole wheat flour, but they were too heavy for me. I'm definetly looking at more muffin recipes.

No Bake Cookies V
ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! It has such great texture and the flavor is very satisfying. These happen to be my favorite cookies. These are a must have!

Peppermint Chocolate Fudge
This turned out very well! It was my first fudge and quite simple. I suggest though doubling the peppermint extract for a more peppermint flavor and adding the crushed peppermint to the fudge rather than on top. These changes helped a lot!
