Tomato and Mozzarella Bites
I am giving this 4 out of 5 stars because I really liked it, but I had a lot left over at my party. I thought it would have been a bigger hit. I also marinated them before I assembled them. Next time, I'll follow the recipe.

Manicotti Italian Casserole
I will make this recipe for years to come! I used 2 jars of 26 oz spag sauce and I thought that was just enough, even though the recipe called for 32 oz. I left off the pepperoni's because there was so much meat already. You definitely need to use a lasagna size pan. It was great!

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham
I thought this just below average of a recipe. There was nothing exciting about it. I thought it needed more cheese or something. I would not make it again.
