Snowball Cake
Turned out great! But I mixed it in one bowl and had another heat-proof bowl that was greased and floured that I poured the batter into and baked it in. No sticking at all! The filling was great! And the icing was light and not greasy at all (like some icings can be).

Polish Style Lasagna
I gave this two stars not because it didn't taste good, (it was okay)but the execution of this was poor in my opinion. Layering the potatoes between lasagna noodles did not add to this dish in any way. As well, putting the onions on the top noodles just didn't seem right to me, as some said, the top noodles just got hard and crunchy. The mashed potatoes were pretty dry too. It was definitely not a main dish, better off as a side dish. If I was to make this again (which I probably won't) I would have to include some sour cream to the mashed potatoes, proabably some bacon as well in the layering and mix the onion in with the potatoes instead of on top and I would also probably leave out the lasagna noodles, which pretty much completely changes this recipe.

John's Flammekueche
It was pretty good, but did require some tweaking. For the sauce, I only used 2/3 cup cream, but added some garlic powder, onion powder, and chives to add some more flavour. I also added about 2 tablespoons flour and heated it so it thickened and became almost a white sauce. I also used 2 potatoes as 1 didn't seem like enough. I also doubled or almost tripled the amount of bacon, and cooked it regularly in a pan as boiling it made it soggy. I also added shredded cheddar cheese on top (cheese makes everything better!). Overall it was a very good recipe, very tasty and original!
