Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice
I LOVE THIS RECIPE!! I used all those same ingredients plus a couple extra. I used about 2 cups of chicken stock instead of water. I added a few dashes of Tabasco and Worchestire sauce. My boyfriend grew up on authentic Cajun cooking, and he says my red beans and rice are the best he's ever had. What a compliment! Thanks for the recipe!! I will be making this again and again for sure. :)

Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein
for some reason, i was expecting something really amazing... but like someone else said, it's just ramen without the water. in fact, if i make this again i would probably keep it as a soup and change the kind of ramen. i personally enjoy beef, so maybe that'll be a better base next time. i wouldn't make this for dinner though...
