About this Cook
Hi I'm Jenn. I live in West Chester, which, coincidentally, is known for its great restaurants. But I haven't gone to any of them.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking bread.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandma makes this delicious fried bread. It's great with peanut butter, tahini, or jam.
My cooking triumphs
I was trying a new lasagna recipe and it involved opening cans, which usually I have someone open them for me. That day it was only me and my grandpa and my triumph is that ultimately I did open the cans. Amazing, isn't it?
My cooking tragedies
I never have cooking tragedies. Not to brag or anything.

Brown Rice Bread
A really yummy bread! I loved the chewiness of the brown rice in the bread.

Zwieback Rolls
Zwieback rolls are delicious, and I would definitely recommend that you try this recipe. I added some powdered peanut butter to it for fun.

Ultimate Maple Snickerdoodles
Wow this was a good cookie!!! I used 1/4 cup of maple syrup instead of 2 tbsps, and I used a mixture of white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg for the maple sugar mix since I didn't have any maple sugar. This cookie is so delicious!!! I'll definitely make it again.
