Sarah's Applesauce
Fabulous! I used Honeycrisp apples, and next time I won't add any sugar. But soooo good. And I love the smell while it's cooking.

Grilled Flank Steak Salad
This was a great combination of flavors. I didn't love the marinade, though I loved it as salad dressing. Next time I'll probably marinade the flank steak in equal parts soy sauce and olive oil.
