I'm retired and enjoying traveling and having the chance to visit family and friends. Almost anything - No turnips or Beets please though. Love to try new recipes and ideas. Come from an Italian family, so that means a lot of good home style foods. Some Asian dishes, took a course once just to learn how to make Hot & Sour Soup, took 3 more courses from the same teacher because I enjoyed the food so much/ Not many, mostly a few things left on the burner too long that got a bit overdone (sometimes a bit more than just overdone). Never anything as drastic as catching the kitchen on fire though.
