Cinnamon Ice Cream
I made this for a party the other night. Everyone bragged on it. One guest proclaimed it "the best ice cream I've ever tasted". It was served with apple and peach cobblers.

Souvlaki
This rocks! You can use just about any tender cut of pork or beef. I've gotten best results marinading 24 to 48 hours.
