Mexican Grilled Chicken
This was GREAT. It inspired me to make a recipe I'm going to call mexican chicken parm,with out the parm.I wasnt sure about the mayo in this, but it was truly Awsome...

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
This was one of the best soups I've made. I used A fresh tomato salsa recipe I got from this sight. I also used a rotisery whole chicken. The whole famliy loved it. Just be carfull with the hot peppers. I made a dbl. batch of salsa & it called for 10 peppers. I only used 3 or 4 It was very good. I also added a can of dark red kidney beans. Cant wait to make it again!!! Scottie.
