So yummy and crispy! I cooken two chicken breasts @ 375' for 20 mins....40 mins would have ruined them. I also flipped chicken halfway through.

Cheddar Chicken

Just made this for dinner and my boyfriend, the pickiest eater ever, loved it! I did too. I took someone's advice and cover the chicken with foil for the first half of cooking to keep the outside crispy...which it was. So simple and yummy!

Oh my goodness! I followed the recipe exactly (I did make a little extra sauce for dipping) and it was WONDERFUL! I was never a big meatloaf fan but this is too good not to eat! Plus, it is so simple and in expensive!

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

My first pie ever and it turned out so YUMMY! I used Pilsbury pre-made pie dough and added a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg, like other's recommended. There is a great video on youtube on how to do a pie lattice...it was really fun and easier than I though! Per requests, I will be making this for Christmas!

Cream Corn Like No Other

So delicious! I was asked to bring a creamed corn dish for Thanksgiving and since I had never even had creamed corn, I was a little hesitant. I followed the recipe exact (for 16 people) and it was a HUGE hit!!!!

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Incredible soup! I used canned tomatoes and it worked perfectly. It tasted like a rich, tomato bisque. My family now thinks I am some kind of gourmet chef...ha ha. Definitely try this!

Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing

I am really into the traditional Stove Top stuffing flavor, so I was disappointed by how salty and intense this stuffing was. Some really loved it but it was either loved it or hated it. Followed the recipe exactly but it just had too many strong flavors going on.
