Spinach Cheese Manicotti
The filling is absolutely wonderful. I only had a partial package of Manicotti so after filling those I placed shell pasta next to them topped the shells with the rest of the filling and added the sauce and cheese as directed and it turned out great. Delicious!!!

Herbed Rice and Spicy Black Bean Salad
Used the recipe as written and it was wonderful. Very fresh tasting. I think using the fresh herbs as opposed to dried makes all the difference. We absolutely love this salad.

Potato Sausage Stuffing
What a great recipe!!! I made it in the crock pot using dry bread cubes. I added about 1/4 cup chicken stock and it turned out so delicious. Rave reviews from all my guests on my new Thanksgiving stuffing.
