Tasty White Bread
My Family
About this Cook
I am a 26 year old stay-at-home who loves to make food that my family and friends enjoy (and, of course, I love to eat too!). I'm all about comfort foods, and I love how good food contributes to fun times and positive family memories and traditions.
My favorite things to cook
baked goods; bbq; breads and rolls; sweets; chocolate, quick, easy, and healthy dinners; salads.
My cooking triumphs
I've become a pro at making homemade yeast bread and rolls. I love to try new bread recipes and watch my family enjoy warm bread fresh from the oven.

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies
Felix (whoever he is) you are awesome! My favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe to make. They reminf me of Keebler soft-batch cookies--but better. I do use egg-replacer instead of real egg and 100% dairy-free margerine instead of butter due to my children's egg and dairy allergies. They still come out yum!!

Turkey Frame Vegetable Soup
This was soooooooo good! Even my picky husband loved this vegetable soup. I followed the recipe exactley (no noodles needed), except I only let the broth refrigerate a couple of hours, instead of over night. I can't wait for next Thanksgiving, so I can make it with my leftover turkey again.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
These were very good, and, yes, as others mentioned, very addicting! My husband says they taste like Taco Bell (don't know if that's a good thing or not), but the subtle sweetness added by the sweet potatoes is great. I didn't have kidney beans, so I made 1/2 with black beans and 1/2 with pinto beans--you can't go wrong!
