Pistachio Nut Cake II
Reminds me of the cake my mother used to make me! Very delicate crumb; I baked it in two 8" layers and it was tricky keeping the layers together. I'm sure as a bundt cake it's perfect! Will make it again.

Buttermilk Cookies
I substituted 1/2 c. brown sugar for white, and these cookies baked up just as all the others reported. Frosted them with confectioners sugar frosting with lots of lemon to add zip!

Festive Shortbread Logs
Cookie dough was so simple! Very good tasting. They are fragile, so look out when dipping. I did add 1/2 tsp.salt, otherwise it was unchanged.
