I am Irish, but came to Utah in Feb. of 2007. I did a lot of cooking in my youth, where I apprenticed in Greece, worked at a bakery in Israel, and professionally trained back home in Dublin. I no longer work in the food industry, but am an avid cook at home, and for friends!

I am about to have a son with my better half, so cooking traditions are soon to be made.

For three years, I had my own business in the summer doing barbecues for business functions.
My cooking tragedies
LOL! I have set three kitchens on fire, caused an oven to explode when making whiskey marinated ribs, melted a slow cooker (honestly!), and my hands are covered in burns and scars. BUT... the food always tasted excellently!
