I would prob have given it a 4, but my boyfriend insisted it was a 3 star recipe. I started by making it as Brooklyn Girl suggested with half the red pepper and half the garlic figuring I could add as needed. Just with half the calling I thought the spice totally overpowered the dish. I didn't taste pasta, sauce, chicken - I only tasted the garlic and red pepper. I then added zucchini, yellow squash, mozzerella, turkey bacon... this made the dish more interesting - but it was still too powerful - you couldnt taste the ingredients besides spice. With that said, we both finished our plates and took leftovers to work today- so I guess it was OK afterall. Probably will not make again. But thanks for the recipe, it did seem to be an authentic Italian dish.
