Easy Roasted Pork

The roast was a hit with my family! It just took longer because I had my oven rack on a lower position. The sauce was yummy! Will make again!

Creamy Kielbasa and Potato Soup

I added fresh spinach to the recipe. It reminded me of a soup at the Olive Garden Restaurant. I believe any vegetable/legume would be great in this! A family keeper!
