Artichoke Nibbles
I took these to a 4th of July get-together. What a hit! Everyone loved them!

Easy Roasted Pork
The roast was a hit with my family! It just took longer because I had my oven rack on a lower position. The sauce was yummy! Will make again!

Zucchini Beef Bake
It was okay...I thought it had too much rice. Will probably cut it back next time I make it.
