Pumpkin Dump Cake
Great flavor. I had to cook this much longer than suggested though and had to add more butter to the top powdery layer towards the end to get it to cook evenly.

Apple Spice Dump Cake
I agree that this is more like apple crisp. I followed the recipe, but after cooking this for an hour, the top cake-mix layer was still VERY powdery. I had to add much more butter and cook it almost twice the time.

Brown Rice Breakfast Porridge
I like breakfast comfort foods and was pretty happy with this recipe. Skipped the egg and thought it came out fine. Tried subbing chopped apple and raisins the first time and used fresh blueberries and almonds the second time I made it. Liked the tartness of the blueberries better.
