I used broccoli instead of parsley and pimento peppers, and no onion. Served over rice instead of noodles. Husband and kids devoured it! So easy, and saved my bacon on one of those "Aaahh, it's 4:30pm and I still haven't figured out dinner!" nights. Thank you Susan!

Banana Pancakes I
Doubled the recipe, used 1 c. all-purpose flour and 1 c. whole wheat. Also added 1 tsp. vanilla. Perfect pancakes!

Oatmeal Crispies II
This is THE oatmeal cookie recipe I have been looking for! Delicious, quick and easy! I used 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats. I made 12 large cookies.
