This Taco Casserole was easy and fun. I am a Vegetarian and always look for recipes like this to share with my 2 boys who are not. They liked it more than taco salad with meat. I mashed the beans in the chili since they will not eat beans, no one knew they were eating beans. I give 2 thumbs up.
