Salsa Chicken
LOVED IT!!! Per others' suggestions, I marinated the chicken and the taco sauce with water, about 3/4 C, over night actually. Put 1/4 C of salsa over each piece, baking uncovered for about 30 minutes, topped with Mexican blend cheese (that's what I had) and served with seasoned black beans, garnished with sour cream. AWESOME!!!!
