Shepherd's Pie VI

Very tasty recipe. The only changes that I made was to change the ketchup to A1 sauce and added some corn. Besides that it was excellent have made it three times now. Thanks for the recipe!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Awesome! I made these for Christmas and they were a huge hit. I made them up in advance and cooked hours later. Just make sure they are 145 degrees. Great!

Delilah's Frosted Cut-Out Sugar Cookies

Great flavor. The recipe only yields about 2 Doz cookies though. I used large Wilton cutters maybe that is why. If you are looking for a cake type cookie this is not the one. These tend to be more firm than cake like. Kids liked them though. I would make again. I found the dough to be more than managable once it was completely chilled. I had plent of time to work with it in a hot kitchen.

Zucchini Bread II

Great recipe. I have looked for one for quite some time. This one is just like my Granny used to make. I will make this again. The kids loved it. Once I convinced them that it was sweet and not some sort of trick to get them to eat there vegetables.

Spanish Chicken

This has a wonderful flavor and will go in my bi weekly rotation. I chopped up the chicken instead of leaving them whole. It makes it easier for the kids. Great flavor super fast. Thanks for sharing!

Pizza Crust II

This recipe is perfect. The crust always turns out like the Pizza places back home in New York. I make this every time I want Pizza. Best of all you get enough dough for three sheet pans. It freezes great. Just be sure to coat with olive oil before proofing in the fridge. Otherwise it will stick to the back.

Chili Mac Casserole

This was awesome! For me it was just right from a Spicy Hot stand point. If you do not like the hot just reduce the amount of cumin. Otherwise it has a wonderful flavor and will make it again and again.

Creamy Hot Chocolate
