Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Not having any canned onion rings, I used diced onions sauted in butter on low heat. I added a little bread crumbs before it was cooked soft. I used half the bread crumbs and doubled the garlic. I think it's the best chicken I've ever tasted

Mushroom Onion Rice

Greek Chicken Pasta

This was very good. I did make a few changes though. I used the juice from the artichoke hearts and also used canned tomatoes with the juice. I also added Kalamata olives. Served over penne pasta.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

My wife and I enjoyed this for two days. Served with rice made with chicken broth. For the second day I combined the rice with the fish, added about 1/3 cup of dry white wine and heated for 15 min. in the oven at 275. The second night was the best.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

This was very good. The bread crumbs needed something. Being a novice cook, I don't know what. They were very dry and added nothing to the taste. I will be cooking this again (my wife says so), but will probably omit the crumbs. Thanks for a good recipe.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

This turned out very good. I did change a few things. I cooked fresh onions and mushrooms in olive oil and added that to a can of diced tomatoes with the juice. I increased the wine to 3/4 cups. This was served over the linguine. It could have used more sauce. Next time I'll use more wine and tomatoes.

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

I could not get the mayonnaise mixture to stick to the chicken. There must be a fix for this. Being a new cook, unless it's stated in the recipe, I don't do it. It was very good however.

Maple Salmon

This was very good. My wife and I loved it. I made no changes to the recipe except for doubling the sauce. I served it with brown rice, maple syrup carrots and green peas. We're looking forward to leftovers tonight.

Herb Roasted Pork

My wife and I both enjoyed this recipe. I used a 5 1/2 lb. loin and the cook time was way too long. I give this five stars because the overcooked meat was still delicious. It was my fault for not checking the temp. sooner.

Split Pea and Ham Soup I

This was great. I used a Honey Baked Ham bone,cooked in a slow cooker for two hrs. on high and five hrs. on low. I also sauted the onions first. My wife was very pleased.

Wienerschnitzel

My wife and I enjoyed this for two nights in a row. Served over angel hair pasta. I used pork cutlets instead of veal. I'm sure it would be great using veal and will try it in a couple of weeks.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

MY wife and I both enjoyed this very much. I did use chicken stock instead of water and added carrots & bell pepper. Served over rice with garlic bread. I've only been cooking for about eighteen months since my wife had an accident. Easy recipes like this make my life a lot easier.
