Chocolate Frosting I
This was a pretty good recipe although i found that i had to add almost another 1/4 cup of milk to get it to a spreadable consitency. Also followed other people's advice and used less sugar and more cocoa.

Quinoa and Black Beans
This was so good. I am attempting to use all of the ingredients that I have in my house but never use. I have had half a bag of quinoa for a while so when I found this recipe I decided to give it a shot. I made the recipe exactly as is and...yum!!!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
I doubled the recipe and while they didnt crumble like other siad it did, I found the flavour to be very bitter, probably too much cumin. I dont think that I will make them again. My son refused to eat them.
