Oven-Fried Potatoes
Easy and good flavor. My suggestions: Leave the skins on and cut into lengthwise potato fingers. Eliminate the oil and just spray a cookie sheet with PAM before placing potato fingers (skin side down) on the cookie sheet.

Easy Pork Chop Casserole
This recipe is easy and tasty. It is very high in sodium though, so not recommended for those on a low-sodium diet. Next time I will reduce the heavy salt flavor by using low-sodium soup and only half the onion soup mix. Also, the title is misleading because this really isn't a casserole.

Warm Greek Pita Sandwiches With Turkey and Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce
I used diced roasted turkey breast and these came out great. The sauce would have been better if I had *grated* the cucumber as the recipe suggests, instead of finely chopping it. We'll be having this one again.
