I pretty much live on Lean Cuisine, but i'm trying to cook more, but i'm single and it gets hard to cook for one. I'm not a fan of leftovers. But I'm moving in with my boyfriend who is a great cook, so i hope to get into a regular cooking routine My mom cooked a lot of casseroles. I need to start cooking those. She made it seem so simple to whip up something for dinner. I hope I can do that someday. I have made pumpkin cheesecake bars and peanut butter and chocolate cheesecakes. Both were the hit of party. Keep getting requests for them. They are the only 2 things I can bake though Too many to list!
