I love the New Mexican style Mexican food. It is a cross between the american indian and original mexican. I love to go "home" to Albuquerque and eat at all my favorite places. I love cooking for my family. Mexican and American hearty foods are my best and most often requested by family and friends. Large bring the whole family and invite your friends get togethers. I have been able to duplicate most family favorites from our restaurants in Alb. and make them here in Denver for my family. Like Taco Burgers, and Indian Taco's as well as the chile that goes on them. I have had a pressure cooker explode, covering my entire kitchen and ceiling with an incredable mess! Fortunatly no one was in the kitchen.
