My favorite things to cook
My boys will only eat my Chocolate Chip cookies (as well as my neighbor, who always ask if I made any!), Banana Bread w/ choc chips, & my oldest son always request a homemade decorated brownie for his b-day. I also like to make holiday meals & anything on the grill!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making Xmas cookies with my Mom as a kid. My boys still like to help with a batch or two. For my three boys birthdays I decorate a special cake with whatever they are interested in that year.

Apple Spice Dump Cake
I was looking for something quick to make with the granny smith apples from my tree. I used 2 large gs apples & only 1 can of pie filling. I added a little more sugar(2T. total) & used "Smart Balance" stick butter blend for the top. I cut calories & it still tasted yummy!

Soda Cracker Cookies
