Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes
Wonderful! I used half buckwheat/half wholewheat flour. I also used traditional oats, as opposed to the quick. I've made them with both canola oil and olive oil, but prefer the canola as the olive can be overpowering. My two-year old loves them and I feel better about feeding him a healthier version.
