Best Bruschetta Ever
Love the flavor. I use fresh basil though and a pinch of hot pepper flakes to up the spice. My DH loves this and when I see him come home with fresh tomatoes and French bread I know what he wants!

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce
DH is allergic to crab but we made the sauce and it is amazing. We serve it with beef on a regular basis and get raves from all who partake. Thanks for a simple to make yet very flavorful sauce.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast
Tasty. I used cinnamon raisin swirl bread, 10 eggs, and a grating of nutmeg. After reading comments about the blobs of cream cheese I chilled the brick in the freezer and then grated it over the bottom layer, much more efficient than spreading on bread. And then to add a bit more colour and zing I threw in a handful of chopped fresh cranberries. Yum!
