Sausage Balls
These are always a hit at work potlucks! My grandmother gave me this exact recipe one christmas and I have been making them this way ever since! Make sure you use good quality sausage (I use Jimmy Dean)- the cheaper the sausage quality the greasier the end result! I also prefer "hot" sausage- it really doesn't make the sausage balls spicy, just gives them a nice flavor!
