Shrimp Scampi

As a Shrimp Scampi recipe, this isn't a good one. Not enough garlic, no white wine, lacking flavor. As a shrimp recipe, it's ok.

Ground Beef Zucchini Skillet

A little bland for my taste, so I added some of my own seasonings. I also added some shredded mozzarella right at the end of cooking and served it over rice. Easy, filling, and quick!

Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup

This is such an easy recipe! I've made it with the beef and without and it's just as good. I did adjust the seasonings a bit to my taste but that's the only change I made. I'm looking forward to making it more often this winter!

French Onion Casserole

This is one of those recipes where you can add/omit/change ingredients and it still comes out good! I've made it according to the recipes but tonight I added mushrooms, ground sausage, and shredded cheese and it came out great!

Shrimp Scampi IV

I added a bit more wine, garlic, and a shot of worsteshire for a bit more flavor. I didn't have green onions on hand but I used bottled, drived chives and it worked fine. Yummy and quick!

Beef and Biscuit

I browned the beef with some garlic for additional flavor and added a can of sliced mushrooms. This was an easy yummy dish that was great on a cool fall night. I'll make this one again. The leftovers were even better!

Lemon Chicken III

Because I'm not a huge lemon flavor fan, I took the advice of others and only marinated for a few hours. I was skeptical, but this recipe was very tasty-we enjoyed the mixture of lemon and sugar flavors. I'll be making this one again.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This is a great, quick, easy recipe. I used cooked shrimp, which made it even easier. I added a bit of breadcrumbs and set the oven to broil for about 3 minutes toward the end, just for a little crunch.
