Shrimp Scampi
As a Shrimp Scampi recipe, this isn't a good one. Not enough garlic, no white wine, lacking flavor. As a shrimp recipe, it's ok.

Ground Beef Zucchini Skillet
A little bland for my taste, so I added some of my own seasonings. I also added some shredded mozzarella right at the end of cooking and served it over rice. Easy, filling, and quick!

Shirley's Maine Clam Chowder
This was an easy recipe and the only changes I made were to add a bit more seasonings, clams, and potatoes to suit my taste. Very yummy!
