Whole Wheat Honey Bread

I made this with my kitchenaid dough hook and cooked it in the oven. The dough did not rise very much so next time I will try increasing the yeast. The flavor of the bread is very good.

I served this for a New Year's Eve gathering and everyone liked it. I think next time I'll use a different cheese; I wasn't nuts about the smoked flavor of the provolone.

Best Ever Party Appetizer

This is one of my favorite appetizers. I serve it with baguette slices that have been brushed with seasoned olive oil and broiled until crispy.
