I am happily married with children. I love spending time with friends & family, having dinner parties or game nights. Wine Tasting is a great way to meet different types of people and it's something that my friends & I look forward to doing once a year. In our spare time, my husband, the kids & I spend time at our home in San Felipe, Mexico or out at the Sand Dunes of Imperial Valley, California. I love to make chili because it's so easy & my family just loves it! Other than that, I'll just say that I LOVE to cook everything! Every Christmas morning when I was a child, my mom used to make cinnamon & orange rolls along with hot chocolate for my brother & me. I have now passed that tradition on to my family. I've come a long way from using pudding instead of baking chocolate when I was 9 years old! The latest was a breakfast casserole I made earlier this year. I had a wonderful recipe, lost it, and made a casserole that I thought would be better than my original one. Well.....I can't even describe the fiasco that it turned out to be; cream cheese didn't melt, that was the biggest problem aside from the fact that it just didn't taste good. I have since gotten in touch with an old friend who has my original recipe and faxed it over to me. Now, if I can just get my friends & family to TRUST me again, ha ha, all will be good!!
