Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Perfection! I make this in the bread machine so the dough is ready when I get home. It's just as described; chewy and soft with a crispy exterior...It's so quick and easy, pizza night has become weekly!

Sweet Potato Casserole II

This is decadent. I love sweet potatoes, but I wanted something without the marshmallow topping. This recipe was every bit the treat that you would expect it to be for a holiday dinner. Sooooo yummy! (But it's not one I would use on a regular basis- it's a treat)

I have searched for a good pizza dough recipe for YEARS, and this one is the very closest we have come to reproducing the flavour and texture of delivery pizza crust. It's really good!

Honey Baked Chicken II

The whole fam agreed that this was really tasty! My only suggestion would be to cut the butter dramatically. Otherwise Great! I used a whole chicken, cut up but with skin still on. It was tasty, tender with crispy skin. Mmmm! This will be made regularly in our house!

Decorator Frosting

Great recipe!!! It was quick and easy to make, and spread really nicely. It's stiff enough to pile high, if you like thick frosting. I just spread frosting onto cupcakes, since I was adding sprinkles anyway, but it's soft enough that you could just as easily pipe it. New fave!!!

BBQ Chicken Pizza I

For a change of pace, I made this in place of our weekly 'traditional' pizza. It sounded good, but after reading some of the reviews I decided to make only 3/4 of the sauce to make it less sloppy. It worked out really nicely. We really enjoyed this pizza and will certainly be making it again! I didn't anticipate that the kids would love it though! My preschooler couldn't stop raving about how gooooood it was!!!

Easy Coconut Macaroons

I found these sweets quick and easy to make. They would add an old fashioned touch of elegance to any tray of goodies. I used parchment to line my cookie sheet, and had no trouble with sticking, but I slightly under-baked the first sheet and they ended up too soft. Just make sure the edges are golden and they should be fine. Also, they spread our alot! I thought I was making pretty small drops, until they came out! They were about four times larger in diameter! All in all, very, very good!

Brown Sugar Oatmeal Pancakes

My favorite pancakes! Very filling, and a nice change from the usual kinds. The kids Love them, too - but hubby prefers the "normal" ones. Note:they brown faster than regular pancakes.

Oatmeal Waffles

SOOOOOO YUMMY! Worth the effort! I double the recipe every time so I have enough to freeze for a quick school lunch. By adding a little more brown sugar, the kids don't even add syrup.

Artichoke Chicken

The whole family enjoyed this one! The chicken was juicy and tender, and the sauce was very delish(Although, I found it too salty). After reading the other reviews, I used only 1/4c.fat-free sour cream, and 1/2c mayo(Next time will try less mayo, more s.c.). Will certainly make again!
