Banana Crumb Muffins
These are so yummy! I couldn't stop eating them. I'm about to make them again but this time I won't use all the topping. Just to cut some of the sugar.

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce
The dill sauce is delish! My salmon was a bit dry but it could have been the quality...ya get what ya pay for. Followed recipe to the tee and loved it.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
These were easy to make! I usually mess up cookies but these came out tasty. I replaced butter with applesauce and oil. I added more pumpkin and 3 tablespoons of coconut. I used half white and half wheat flour. Oh and for the icing I melted some cream cheese frosting in the microwave.
