Chicken Corn Soup I

Really good and didn't require a lot of ingredients. I used boneless skinless chicken breast and a couple of legs. I also substituted chicken broth for half of the water, and added a cup of cubed potatoes. Everyone really liked it. Could double the recipe for the rivels. We liked those a lot.

We made this into a dough and made breadsticks and added some butter and parmesan cheese. I thought it was too garlicky, but my family thought it was GREAT! NO leftovers!

Autumn Beef Stew

Really great flavor! I must also agree with the other reviewers: Not enough juice. I would add beef broth and a thickener next time. Also, I just cut up a roast I had on hand instead of stew meat.

Down Home Casserole

This was really easy and good. I always go heavy on the veges and this turned out great. Remember to prep everything before you start. I used my electric skillet and just put the lid on while cooking. It cooked so fast.

Acorn Squash with Apple

Lasagna Spirals

I normally HATE making lasagna because my ingredients run out at different times with the layering technique, but this worked out so great! Super easy. The spirals made excellent portions too. I substituted spinach for the broccoli. My (meat lover)husband and I agree that this is a keeper

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I made these with my 6 year old daughter and they turned out very good. We only substituted M&M's for some of the chocolate chips. My whole family loved them. I do like cookies that hold their shape (these did) They were soft but a little dry.
