Parmesan Pork Tenderloin

Good and easy....I love the nights where I have dinner served within 15 minutes of starting to prep. Served this over pasta and used the leftover pork in a chile verde. Thanks!

Wonderful English Muffins

Excellent - - even though I seriously worried that I was going to have dough all over my cieling at one point! Ha ha. During the rise, this really does take on a life of it's own, but that's OK, because it seems to work. I made a small loaf and muffins and ended up baking them this time around. Will try the griddle method next time. Thanks!

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Definitely lives up to the hype all of the other reviewers have given this. I especially liked the background flavor the coffee gives, so I would highly recommend NOT omitting that. Reduce the amount of broth if you're worried about it being too liquidy. Even better as leftovers. Thanks, Sarge!!

Caramelized Beef Skewers

Had some A-1 to use up so I figured I would give this a try - - totally worth it. The beef was delicious and it did caramelize perfectly. When I reheated the leftovers the next day at work, the boys came running to the break room to see what smelled so great. Will make this again! Thanks.

Baked Parmesan Perch

Used the basic premise of this recipe, only I added some seasonings to the bread crumb/parm mixture (making it more of a cajun-y mix). It was by far and away the best fish I have ever cooked (and really, it takes a lot for me to even eat fish...I am just trying to force myself to eat it as of late). It was slightly better when served with a nice remoulade. Thanks!

Homemade Vanilla Pudding

Delicious!!! Took the suggestions of others and mixed my dry ingredients up first then added the cold milk, which was skim. Added a dash of cinnamon and after waiting and waiting (and waiting :) ) for the pudding to set, found it far better than any store bought. I'll make this often, only I will reduce the sugar by at least half the next time. Thanks!

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

These are really good, and the texture is about as perfect as it can get....but mine didn't rise a whole lot which made them difficult to use for a sandwich. I still did, and they held up to sloppy joe's quite well, it was just not a lot to them. I toasted one that was leftover and thought it was really similar to an English muffin....very good. I'll make them again, but might add some gluten or something to the dough since I have heard that helps with rising. Thanks much!

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Yowza!!!!! This was OUTSTANDING! Made this for a friend and I and used all whole wheat flour and Coors Light beer. Added freshly minced garlic and about 2 T of dried basil to the dough and then cooked it on the grill. Used what was left as some breadsticks that we drizzled with a little butter. Absolutely wonderful. Thanks!

Good 100% Whole Wheat Bread

Best loaf of whole wheat bread I've ever personally made. It was delicious straight out of the oven (I used the machine for the dough cycle, then baked it at 350 for about 35 minutes) and it was delicious over the next couple of days as toast in the morning. Still dense, but it was soft in the same respect. I eliminated the milk powder since I didn't have any, added a bit more water as well as some wheat gluten. Thanks, I'll be making this one again!

Chicken Stuffed Chiles

Fabulous!!! Like another reviewer, I too used poblano peppers (5) and a rotisserie chicken that was shredded and I added cumin and chile powder too. I am thinking the next time I will try a light batter to the stuffed peppers and then I'll fry them to make them more similar to a rellano. Delicious, thanks!

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

This is absolutely fantastic! I reduced the sugar and vanilla and also added in a chopped banana - - could barely wait for this to cool. A much healthier chocolate snack than ice cream, cookies or brownies. Thank you - I'll be relying on this one for good!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

I subbed out black beans for kidney and changed the way I prepared the burritos ever so slightly, but in the end, they came out wonderfully. Thanks for finding a way to utilize sweet potatoes in a way that doesn't come out tasting like an overly sweet and beyond rich side dish!

Byrdhouse Blistered Cherry Tomatoes

These made my lunchtime salad totally delicious! And they're so pretty, too! Only thing I changed was to use grape tomatoes since they're all I had (and are my ultimate fave as far as tomatoes go). Never thought to do this - thanks, sunnyb!!!
