My cooking triumphs
The IT'S ABOUT TIMES with yeast breads and grilling. Took me some time to get there with both, but I made it! Cooking my first Thanksgiving meal from scratch was a moment for me too.
My cooking tragedies
First time broiling chicken, it literally started on fire....yup, I am THAT cook!

Parmesan Pork Tenderloin
Good and easy....I love the nights where I have dinner served within 15 minutes of starting to prep. Served this over pasta and used the leftover pork in a chile verde. Thanks!

Pecan-Crusted Pork with Pumpkin Butter

Black Thai Pork
Interesting flavor. I couldn't decide on whether I liked it or disliked it, so I just kept eating it. Guess that's a good thing? Thanks for the recipe, I enjoyed trying something a little different!
