One Pot Tuna Casserole
My family absolutely loved this recipe. I will make some changes the next time around. As it was this time I only cooked half the noodles that the recipe called for. Next time I will also add another can of soup and another can of tuna. Other than that the recipe was "GREAT"!

Quick and Simple Broccoli and Cheese
This was okay. There wasn't a bit left. I think my family would have enjoyed it more if I had used velveta cheese rather than the cheddar.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy
This turned out great! I've made country fried steak for years but just doing it however. It's nice to actually have a recipe to go by. Thank you for the tip on making sure the oil is hot too, that really makes a difference and a lesson I will take with me forever!!!
