I love my wife and family (sounds like a Ms. America thing doesn't it?). I've always enjoyed cooking and creating recipes from bits and pieces of other peoples. My favorite thing to cook is probably Chicken Marsala or Chicken Tortilla soup. You really can't mess either one up and there's a ton of room for modifications. You'll laugh, but it's Cream Potato's and Weenies (basically potato soup and hot dogs). Making home made guacamole that tasted better than our most favorite restaurant. Tomato soup. It looked like all I did was pour stewed tomato's in a pot and heated it up (very gross).
