Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing
Friends gave my husband a 4 1/2 lbs wheel of Stilton cheese they hand carried back from England for his birthday and other than just enjoying the cheese with bread I was looking for some other way to use it. Wow! What a find this recipe is! It's really the perfect blue cheese dressing. The family is going to love it. Thanks for sharing Bill!

Bacon and Date Appetizer
I brought 60 of these to our New Year's Eve party and one pass through the crowd of 30 and they were GONE! Everyone was smiling and I got a good number of favorable comments. They were simple to make and fun to serve. A keeper!

Curried Pumpkin Soup
I've made this soup a couple of times now and it's always good. Most people can't quite identify the apple which really picks the flavor up. Another variation for warmer weather is to blend it well in the blender, adding a good shot of orange juice in place of some of the water and served chilled.
