Easy Baked Tilapia
This is so delicious and so easy!! Fresh tilapia and a box of frozen peas with butter (yep, it's all already in the box). Spice it to taste - Old Bay, Lemon Pepper spice (instead of lemon juice). Pop this puppy in the oven, follow cooking instructions and it comes out perfect all the time. A simply great recipe!

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning
Wow! This is EASY and Delicious!! Healthy?..... NOT!!, but BOY is it good! I've made it several times and never changed the recipe. the latest installment is in the oven now with a bit of garlic and onion powder added and I'm certain it will be delicious. It always remains moist, thanks to the fat in the onions. Five star for ease of preparation and taste.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Wow! This recipe is fantastic!! Talk about simple and DELICIOUS!! Only variation from the recipe was the addition of Lowry's Seasoned Salt. I remembered my grandmother making a chicken and rice dish using Lowry's, so it just seemed like the right thing to do. Made it first for company and they truly loved this recipe. Five stars for SUPER easy and SUPER yummy!!! I've now made this recipe several times. I tried the chicken broth once. I used low sodium, but the end result was terribly salty.
