I love to bake! My favorite things to make would be cakes and cheesecakes, anything sweet! My mom is a chef and passed on her passion for cooking to my sister and me. Everything she makes is homemade, and I cannot cook any other way. For my in-laws' 30th Anniversary, I made a 3-tiered anniversary cake for them. At that time I had no prior training, but the cake turned out great and people starting asking me to do wedding cakes for them! Well, I recently moved, and the temperature on my new stove is off, so lately I have been burning a lot of things... luckily my husband grew up with a mother who burnt most everything and his response is "It adds flavor!"
